Lakeside Water Treatment offers an extensive line of high quality, cost effective, pre-engineered systems along with specifically engineered and designed systems to meet desired customer and site requirements.

Pre-engineered, catalogued systems are available to provide exchange capacities from 875 to 175,000 mg/l of hardness removal per vessel and service flow rates up to 170   m3/h per vessel. Increased flow rates and greater treatment capacities per vessel can be achieved if required for the application. Multiple vessels can be banked together to also provide increased flow rates, additional capacity and continuous, uninterrupted softened water.

Softeners
  • Pre-engineered systems (Vessel sizes up to 1,800 mm diameter)
  • Electronic, Electro-mechanical and PLC control options
  • Vessel material options to include steel/epoxy lined, stainless steel and FRP
  • Non-code or ASME code vessel construction
  • Operational valve options include cast iron, bronze or Noryl bodied, Y-pattern diaphragm type and cast iron or PVC bodied butterfly valves
  • Piping options to include galvanized steel, PVC, copper, black carbon steel and stainless steel
  • Skid mounting (full interconnecting piping and wiring provided) on multiple vessel systems is optional

Lakeside offers designed systems to remove iron particles and low amounts of hardness that has developed over time in the condensate boiler feed lines. Systems are designed base on flow rate requirement, operating temperature and particle volume content. Multiple vessels can be banked together to provide increased flow rates, longer run times and continuous, uninterrupted water treatment service.

Condensate Polishers
  • Electronic, Electro-mechanical and PLC control options
  • Vessel material options to include steel/high temp epoxy lined and stainless steel
  • Non-code or ASME code vessel construction
  • Y-pattern diaphragm type or butterfly type valve operation
  • Piping options to include galvanized steel, black carbon steel and stainless steel
  • Separate sub-surface wash distributor option
  • Skid mounting (full interconnecting piping and wiring provided) on multiple vessel systems is optional
